Staying in the Luxury Ocean Front room on the 5th floor was a lovely surprise. The hotel had everything I needed, but it was a downside that there were no baths or TVs in the rooms. The two lifts added convenience during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a Luxury Ocean Front room in the last building, which was a lovely touch. However, even after it was supposedly fixed, my ocean view room still leaked throughout the whole week. The service was outstanding, especially from Shaqeel, who worked tirelessly and even brought cocktails/champagne out when my glass was empty. The location was idyllic, perfect for relaxation, but the common outdoor area felt a bit awkward at times. The dining experience was out of this world at Cariblue and the club house, but some dishes seemed to be recycled from the night before. The facilities were great overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were lovely, well-furnished, and a good size, always pristine and beautifully appointed with no issues. The staff was extremely friendly and personable, providing top-notch service, including setting up extra chairs, towels, and an umbrella along with refreshing water and even a red flag. The location was visually perfect, tucked into a lovely bay, offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was on point, with a fantastic selection and the highest quality dishes. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was lovely, with pleasant rooms offering an amazing view of the Caribbean and resort, but no TV or bath facilities. The service was exceptional, especially with drinks and nibbles arranged, and even a plated lunch available. The facilities were top-notch, making everything convenient during my stay.

Staying at this hotel was such a treat! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and luxurious, with plenty of closet space and an amazing very large bathroom featuring a shower stall with rain shower and body jets options, along with an iPad and free internet. The only downside was the lack of a bathtub or TV in the room.
